guess I've got a lot of explaining to do huh?

2. The vort girl is a new OC of mine (yes another, but she's not all that important) her name is Sega.

Okay, well you know how Splintr was on the information retreival mission with prisoner 777 on vort. Well, during his stay there he had to meet with the tech's/scientific sector of the planet. That's where he met Sega:
Name: Sega
Occupation: weapons specialist (just like Splintr! 8'D)
Other: She's a traitor to her home planet, and is currently working alongside the Irken empire to bring her own race to it's knees, especially the resistance.

He was interested in the fact that she to possesed a great amount of intelligence, so as they both shared the same field of technology development, they spent a lot of time together.
although after the ambush, the irken team obliterated most of vort, and Splintr had to leave Sega Behind.
he doesn't know if she's alive or not..but at this point there's not much he can do.
